The Paint Buddy was designed and manufactured in Australia and surpasses all other similar products on the market. The concept is to rigidly hold a paintbrush of various sizes and allow the brush to be fixed at an angle to the painting pole attached by the internal thread. A telescopic pole of up to 6 metres can be used quite successfully and the brush will not move from its locked position while painting!

The Buddy mould has two internal threads which are demoulded with a spiral leadscrew and small gearbox to link the two rotating cores. There are Fixed-side splits to mould the main body with groove and Logo and smaller male thread, and another two sliding cores to allow for the other internal holes including the ‘hex’ recess for the M8 nut which was quite a challenge in such a small space.
